Habits

I am starting to wonder about my habits and how my perception of things guides them.  As I read more of our book of the month I am finding the concepts once again challenging.

Stephen R Covey says

  • Our Character, basically is a composite of our habits.

How does that make you feel?

I know it can make me feel uncomfortable in some areas if I really examine it. We all have habits that could be better improved! Habits that are a result of osmosis or environment. Some we may not even be aware of or think about, that are simply part of the background fabric of our life.

Perhaps I need to look at some of them closer and evaluate what impact they have on my character and those around me.

Do you think we need to examine our habits? In relation to our character?

This should make for some interesting discussion over in the Book of The Month Forums at Entrepreneurs at Home
